Is it mandatory to have a guarantor?

Edited

No, it is not mandatory to have a guarantor.

If you wish to pay the full amount of your stay in one go, we will only need your identity document (front and back).

If you choose to pay monthly, you will need to enter your net monthly income to check if it is sufficient to exempt you from having a guarantor (your rent should not exceed 35% of your net monthly income before tax). Otherwise, you will need to rely on a physical guarantor or a solution like GarantMe, with whom we have a partnership.
