What are the costs associated with the reservation?
The payment required to confirm your reservation includes:
Agency fees: These allow us to inspect each property before it is rented out and to offer you tailored support.
The deposit: For rentals longer than 2 months, it corresponds to the first month's rent and energy consumption. For rentals shorter than 2 months, we will ask you to pay the full rent and energy consumption in advance.
The security deposit: It will be refunded to you within 30 days if the exit inventory is in accordance with the one conducted at the time of your arrival.
These amounts are calculated based on the information entered during your reservation.
They can be paid by credit card (secure online payment) or by bank transfer. If your reservation is made more than 31 days before your arrival, you have the option to pay in two installments.
