What is the amount of agency fees?

The rental agency fees for individuals are calculated as follows:

  • For a rental of less than 1 month: 30% VAT included of the total rent paid by the tenant

  • For a rental of 12 months or less: 15% VAT included of the total rent paid by the tenant (up to a limit of one month’s rent)

  • For a rental of more than 12 months: 10% VAT included of the total rent paid by the tenant (up to a limit of two months’ rent)

In the case where the rented accommodation constitutes the tenant's primary residence, the rental agency fees are 12 euros VAT included per square meter + 3€/m2 if the inventory is carried out by Paris Attitude or one of its partners (based on the area of the rented accommodation).

The rental agency fees for companies are calculated as follows:

  • For a rental of 1 to 3 months: 20% VAT included of the total rent of the rental paid by the tenant (up to a limit of one month’s rent)

  • For a rental of 4 to 6 months: 17% VAT included of the total rent of the rental paid by the tenant (up to a limit of one month’s rent)

  • For a rental of 7 to 11 months: 15% VAT included of the total rent of the rental paid by the tenant (up to a limit of one month’s rent)

  • For a rental of more than 12 months: 10% of the total rent of the rental (up to a limit of two months’ rent)
