We would like to clarify what agency fees cover. With Paris Attitude, you have access to a selection of apartments, with the ability to search for one that meets your criteria on the same platform. We have visited each property to ensure it matches the owners' descriptions. We have taken photos, required a more detailed list of amenities than the legal minimum, and drafted a rental contract in compliance with French legislation to guarantee your protection as well as that of the landlord. We are also available to answer all your questions during the lease period.

In addition to this, home insurance is included, providing you with additional coverage. All this work requires time, labor, and technical tools, which incurs a cost. And for your complete information, the amount of agency fees is regulated, and we do not charge more than we are authorized to do.
