The deposit is an amount paid to the agency after the rental contract for furnished accommodation is signed by all parties. It is deducted from the amount of the first rent.
The amount of the deposit to be paid to Paris Attitude depends on the duration of your stay, your payment method, and your booking date. For a rental of more than 2 months, it corresponds to the amount of the first month's rent as well as energy consumption. For a rental of less than 2 months, we will ask you to pay the total rent and energy consumption in advance.
