When Should I Pay My Monthly Rent to Paris Attitude?

When your rental lasts more than 2 months, you pay your first month's rent upon signing the rental agreement.

This rent corresponds to a period of one calendar month starting from your move-in date. Therefore, you will need to pay an additional rent corresponding to the remaining nights of the following month.

For example, if you move in on September 15, the month's rent paid at the signing of the rental agreement corresponds to the period from September 15 to October 14. In October, you will need to pay an additional rent corresponding to the remainder of October, that is, from October 15 to October 30.

This additional rent, as well as the following monthly rents, must be paid before the 1st of each month. If your move-in date is after the 20th of the month, you must pay this additional rent at the time of booking.
