Who will return my security deposit?

Only the person conducting the move-in inspection (the owner or Paris Attitude) is authorized to hold the security deposit and will be able to return it to you.

In some cases, the owner of the apartment conducts the move-in inspection, and Paris Attitude immediately transfers your security deposit to them. Therefore, do not forget to ask the owner or their legal representative to conduct a move-in and move-out inspection to be signed in duplicate. These two documents will allow you to recover your security deposit at the end of your stay.

When the move-in inspection is carried out by Paris Attitude, we hold your security deposit and can return it to you at the end of the rental, after comparing the move-in and move-out reports, provided that no damage has been noted and with the owner's agreement.
