When is it refunded?

The security deposit must be refunded within a maximum period of:
1 month if the exit inventory is consistent with the entry inventory,
2 months if the exit inventory reveals differences from the entry inventory.
To facilitate the refund of your security deposit, we encourage you to upload your bank account details in your tenant space. This will allow for a quick and direct transfer. If the entry was conducted by Paris Attitude, the refund will be made using the same payment method as that used for the security deposit payment.
