Why is it advisable to draft an inventory of fixtures?

Edited

Upon entering the apartment, it is recommended to carry out an inventory of fixtures, a document that will then be attached to the rental contract. This inventory must be signed by both the tenant and the landlord.

If no inspection is conducted at the tenant's entry, but damages or stains are noted by the landlord upon the tenant's departure, the tenant may be held responsible for these damages.

In the absence of an inventory signed by both parties, the presumption of good condition (Article 1731 of the Civil Code) applies: the tenant is presumed to have received the property in good condition and must return it in the same condition at the end of the rental period.

You have 10 days after your entry into the premises to report any anomalies via the contact form in your tenant space. After this period, the apartment will be considered to have been given in good condition, whether the inventory was carried out by Paris Attitude or by the landlord.
