I notice a malfunction in the apartment, what should I do?
Whether your entry into the apartment is handled by Paris Attitude or by the owner, it is the owner who is responsible for the condition of the apartment and everything that happens during your stay. You will find their contact details in your Tenant Space.
If you notice a malfunction with the hot water or heating, first check if there is an error message on the boiler, a leak on the hot water tank, or if the radiators are turned on.
If you have not found an explanation or have not been able to resolve the issue yourself, you will need to contact the owner, clearly explaining the circumstances of the problem. The owner will then need to contact a professional, and you will need to make yourself available to receive them or provide access.
For your information, when it comes to collective heating, the date for turning on the heating is decided by the co-ownership, and the heating will not function before this date. Do not hesitate to inquire with the owner or the concierge.
