I Accidentally Caused Damage, What Should I Do?

In the event of accidental damage, you are covered by the multi-risk home insurance taken out by Paris Attitude with Trustiway. Please provide the contract number "Paris Attitude" as well as the type of contract "Trustihabitation". You can find the contact details in the document sent during the booking confirmation and in your tenant space (under the "My Documents" tab). You will need to explain the circumstances of the incident and attach as many supporting documents as possible (photos, estimates, purchase invoices, etc.) along with a copy of the rental damage contract. The declaration must be made within 5 days from the day you become aware of the incident.
