I finally want to change apartments, is it possible?

If you are already in the apartment, you cannot leave the accommodation without sending a notice letter to the landlord of the property you are renting. You can submit your notice directly in your tenant space. If the property is not your primary residence, you will be able to sign it electronically from this space. Otherwise, you will be required to send it by registered mail. You are liable for the rent for the entire duration of the notice period.

You must respect the notice period indicated. The notice period for a furnished rental is one month unless there is an express agreement from the landlord of the apartment.

If you absolutely want to change apartments before the notice period, we can offer you another one, but the amount of the monthly rent cannot be refunded, and you will have to pay new agency fees for the newly rented apartment.
