What to Do Before Moving Out?

Move-Out Inspection with the Landlord: To best prepare for your departure, here are some tips:

  • Remember to notify your landlord 3 days before your move-out date to remind them of the day and time of your departure.

  • Make sure to clean your accommodation. The apartment should be in the same state of cleanliness as when you arrived. If not, cleaning fees may be deducted from your security deposit.

  • Be sure to request a move-out inspection and if any damages have occurred, be transparent with the landlord.
