The exit inventory will serve as a sort of assessment: it is mainly for the landlord to check that there have been no damages to the property or furniture. On your side, this document will help protect you from any claims from the landlord regarding damages that may have occurred after your departure.

Inventory conducted with Paris Attitude: The exit inventory appointment is mandatory. You must be present for its entire duration. At the end of this inspection, you will be asked to sign the report, return the keys, and leave the apartment.
