What services are offered to Corporate Clients?

Paris Attitude offers services exclusively dedicated to businesses:

  • Pre-visit: if time allows, we conduct a visit before the rental to ensure that the property is in order and ready to welcome your employee in the best conditions.

  • Check-in and check-out: Paris Attitude will carry out the check-in and check-out inventory for every rental made. We manage your security deposit by keeping it safe and returning it at the end of the rental, with the owner's agreement.

  • Personalized welcome: a Paris Attitude specialist will welcome each client in the apartment, conduct the check-in inventory, and hand over the keys. To ensure a better welcome, our staff will speak in English if your colleague wishes.

  • Insurance: to cover rental risks, Paris Attitude will take out insurance on behalf of the occupants. This will cover damages to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the rented property due to fire, explosion, or water damage. It will also cover third-party claims.
