The rental value of your apartment is determined based on the neighborhood, its size, the floor (with or without elevator), and its amenities. We provide you with a preliminary estimate to give you an initial idea of the rent for your property. The amount will be defined with you during the visit to the apartment for taking photos and can be adjusted if necessary afterwards.
