What does a rental proposal correspond to?

When you receive a rental proposal, the tenant's file has already been validated by us. They have made a payment fingerprint during the credit card transaction and have signed the lease. All that is left for you is to sign yours within 48 hours. Please note, as your property is reserved for a tenant upon their signature, it is important for you to respond quickly!
