We strongly advise you to carry out a move-out inspection in agreement with the tenant.
The move-out inspection will essentially serve as an assessment: it is primarily for the landlord to verify that there have been no damages to the property, furniture, or equipment by the tenant.
On the tenant's side, this document will help protect them against any potential claims from the landlord regarding damages that may have appeared after their departure from the premises.
