When Should I Return the Security Deposit?

The deadlines for returning the security deposit are strictly regulated:

30 days after the return of the keys if you find no differences and no issues between the move-in and move-out condition reports, and 60 days after the return of the keys if you notice a lack of maintenance of the apartment or any damage.

If you appoint Paris Attitude to carry out your condition reports, you will need to get back to us after reviewing the move-in and move-out reports.

Depending on your feedback and provided we receive the corresponding supporting documents, we will return all or part of the security deposit to your tenant.
