My tenant has inappropriate behavior, what should I do?

Edited

The tenant is obligated to carry out the regular maintenance of the housing and the equipment present in the housing. Similarly, they must take care of minor repairs (replacement of light bulbs, shower hoses, seals, etc.) and all rental repairs unless they are caused by wear and tear, poor workmanship, construction defects, fortuitous events, or force majeure.

This maintenance must be carried out throughout the duration of the lease, and it can be terminated early if the tenant does not comply with this obligation.

More generally, the tenant's obligations are described in the rental agreement, and you can refer to it to remind them of their responsibilities.

If the tenant contacts you too frequently for non-essential reasons, invite them to refer to our page FAQ - Tenant initially and then to the agency.

If the tenant does not respect the peace of the neighborhood, do not hesitate to remind them of the building regulations as well as their contractual obligations as a tenant.

If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact Paris Attitude for more information.
